Sorry I 'm a visual person. I never noticed a usual down trend before a descending triangle or a up trend before an ascending triangle. And I looked at the pictures and didn't event read the text. So I guess your correct.

I don't agree with stock charts, text.

As a matter of fact scan down through 20 or 30 of the old charts I posted.

Seems to me more reverse then continue from the trend before. But I never thought it mattered, the pattern is the pattern. higher lows to resistance for an ascending and lower highs to support for a descending., is all that matters IMO.
