This is a low float and its pretty much controlled by the shareholders. Any volume or news will move the pps quickly. Honestly there is real downside unless they open the dilution spicket but they would have to file prior to doing so. That being said its fairly safe. The charts show supports from 7,8,9 and 10. That is pretty strong with resistance being in the 20 range... Should be ok. What I would really like to see is some volume.
