Dow Cemical does not exsist in Russia, does that make it a bad investment?

Can a company be incorparated in two contries at the same time?

If so, does it need to be? And how exactly do you know Aurus does not exsist in Russia?

Can you share your DD? Have you been to Russia? Have you ever talked to anyone in Russia?

Ever?

Did you hire a Law Firm there to investagate every place in Russia that can incorparate a company?

If so, how much did that cost?
