The Bid was @ .07 then moved up in increments of .01 until it stopped at .10 each time the bid moves up it was showing Green, a Buy, The MMs decided to take the Buy @ .10.
Investors put a buy in at .10 the MMs filled it, Not uncommon.

If I got it right; "That's my one for the year!" If this had been an actual trading emergency you would have been instructed "TO NOT LISTEN TO ME!" There is no substitute for your own DD!!!
