You have to be kidding me. Do you look at the Level 2 Quotes? They change THEIR BID/ASK all day long. They do not just take orders...they make the market. I can not look into each of their books of business but FINRA can. They will see who sold what and when and know if they hold a 'neutral' position or not.

If I am wrong then so be it...but I will find out soon enough.

Who capped the ASK at .01 the other day. It sure was not the public that was buying like crazy. I actually sold 100k at .095 when I saw they were capping the market.

I really can not believe you said 'all they do is take orders and fill them'.

Do you know any of these market makers or are you one of them?
