Bob emailed me and demanded that I let people know I'm ok. And, as everyone knows, we all do what Bob tells us to do.
I'm fine - absolutely zero physical problems. If I die, I promise I'll let you know. I'm just incredibly busy, and not just counting the gold and silver that I repeatedly told everyone to buy. Just kidding, sort of.
I simply can't believe it has been this long now, but I phased out of the markets in the year 2005. Missed all the calamity and all the rebound. Of course, as you might imagine, I haven't changed my opinion of the future of the stock market. DOOM. It's just a matter of time.
I can't say a person should buy 1/10 ounce gold coins or pre 1965 silver bags as gold has gone up several hundred percent and silver nearly a thousand percent. By any reasonable way of viewing the silver chart, it is a bubble - a huge one.
Nevertheless, I've never advocated buying the above as an investment, but rather as INSURANCE! Even at today's prices, it may be insurance that is simply too cheap to pass up.
Of course, if you do buy gold and/or silver, you shouldn't tell anyone that you own it. Nobody! And, as I have always said, I don't own, and have never owned, any gold or silver.
