Well this company really doesn't have a history of telling its shareholders anything until its too late. As for me spreading fake information, I did post the number for the T/A found on the OTCMarkets site as well as the correct department to speak with, so if you don't want to take my word for it (Which you shouldn't anyways) call up that number and ask. if I can call long distance from Canada to ask, I'm sure you'll have no problem being in the states.

Just as it was possible to find out about the fake Rite-Aid deal by calling Paul at Rite Aid corporate product management a month or so in advance of the company releasing an official statement of such activity (at which point the PPS was $0.0022 or so and I warned everyone to sell), finding out the Share Structure without the company telling you is possible as well. If you wait for the company to spoon feed you the information, you'll have to remember that everyone else will also have access to that information and it will all be too late at that point. This is why I try to get everyone to be proactive and do some DD to find out information ahead of the company reporting it so you can make a move and play the game better than the "Average" crowd.
