OTCMarkets (PinkSheets) is owned and run by Cromwell Coulson who has brought a whole new level of credibility to penny stock trading. I've talked to the man, and he is driven to cut the scumbags, mobsters, scamsters, and screw-the-little-guy trash out of the sub-dollar marketplace. http://webfarm.bloomberg.com/apps/news?pid=conewsstory&tkr=OTCM:US&sid=apGRcy_evP0I Pink Sheet stocks now have to perform corporately just like Big Board stocks to achieve an acceptable rating..!!!

OTCQX – The Quality-Controlled Marketplace: OTCQX is the top tier of the OTC market. Exclusively for companies that meet the highest financial standards and undergo a qualitative review. Investor focused companies use the quality-controlled OTCQX platform to offer investors transparent trading, superior information, and easy access through their regulated U.S. broker-dealers. http://www.otcmarkets.com/otcqx/learn/otcqx

OTCQB – The U.S. Reporting Company Marketplace: OTCQB is the middle tier of the OTC market. OTCQB companies are reporting with the SEC or a U.S. banking regulator, making it easy for investors to identify companies that are current in their reporting obligations. There are no financial or qualitative standards to be in this tier. http://www.otcmarkets.com/otcqb/learn/otc-market-tiers

FINRA's OTC Bulletin Board: FINRA operates an interdealer quotation service for OTC stocks called the OTC Bulletin Board. There are approximately 20 securities which are quoted solely on FINRA’s system. These securities may not be traded electronically on FINRA's system and represent less than .1 % of the average daily dollar volume for the entire OTC market.

OTC Pink – The Speculative Trading Marketplace: OTC Pink is the third tier of the OTC market. OTC Pink is the speculative trading marketplace that has no financial standards or reporting requirements. OTC Pink companies choose the level of information they provide to investors and may have current, limited or no public disclosure. THIS IS WHERE BFHJ IS STUCK, with a big arse "..STOP SIGN.." on their page, because they think they don't need to play by the new rules..!!!

Grey Market: Grey Market securities do not have bid or ask quotations in the OTC Link system or the OTCBB. Due to the lack of pre-trade data, Grey Market securities tend to be relatively illiquid. Broker-dealers must report Grey Market trades to FINRA, so trade data is available on otcmarkets.com. This is where BFHJ could end up if the piss-poor management can't get it's act together and their #1 MFMMM blows them off.......

Until BFHJ complies with the simple requirements of the Pink Sheet level market, they are just BS-ing all of us. And, nobody on the Street, or 'responsible inverstors'/Financiers ares ever going to take them seriously. Sucks that a possible $0.05+ company is too arrogant to act and play with the grown ups..!!!

Buy only LIMIT GTC @ BID until the above happens, or simply get soaked by the MFMMMs and BS-ing day-flippers.
