Facts & opinions about structure and bounce.

1) anyone saw before a stock with more than 5 billions AS ? this is the largest number I saw in my 5 years trading .. can not believe this byrg is 10 times more than the largest AS I saw !.

2) anyone saw this very very quick falling before ? from around 18 cents to around 0.0040 in 5 days with less than 1 or 1.5 million shares !..
what I mean, no one knows the company. And, again from 1.6 cents to 0.0006 in 5 days with 40 millions.

3) i remember once before me and my friends bought a stock, bought and bought till we have 33% of the shares, this was a mistake really, very low float but very low volume (50,000 daily) and we own a total of (13,000,000), we had to throw 5,000,000 for a loss to make volume, then another 5,000,000 without loss but without profits, and made profits just in 3,000,000.
I mean, very possible byrg sell shares to make volume to be known.

4) vice versa, we saw byrg up from around 0.0040 or so to 3 cents, the road is clean and nice to 15 cents, but no buyers ... if they announce any news do they able to sell much ?
I mean, they maybe sell to have more shareholders, more daily volume, more known, more actions, before the news .. so the news can make a real different into the price.

5) don't forget there is a debt and the creditor got shares instead.

6) the level 2 is really thin .. honestly, we have just one buyer!! either the company or the creditor , but really there is one buyer daily. The level 2 if i'm not mistaken for the ask (1x9- 2x15 - 1x35- 1x50)

7) I believe sooner or later we will have a bounce, whatever the structure is .. but, honestly I forgot about the many cents, .. the bounce will depend on dilution stop, good news, and when it will happen (how many shares they sold at this time).

8) scam or not, this is a pink, we can see 0.0001 tomorrow, we can see 10 cents tomorrow. of course the logic for tomorrow is (0004-0009) , I'm bearish for this week, but very bullish for the next week.
