The L-39 added to the Tac-air website today is just another dead give away that the merger is done. BUt there is also one more interesting nugget in the TADF website linking it with Tac-air:

if you look at the TADF website under future aircraft youll find:

The SU-27UB is a two-seat training version that will be utilized in DACT exercises by Tactical Air Defense Services. TADS will be the first commercial company in the world to operate the SU-27 fighter for training purposes. TADS provides the ability for US Forces and NATO allies to train with this type of aircraft, which is extremely rare.

if you look at the tac-air website:

The Su-27 on our logo represents our success at becoming the first westerners trained to fly and operate that impressive aircraft.

Notice how they both say they are the first to fly the plane in the U.S.; thats because they are speaking as if they were a combined entity.
