Just raised some investment capital--and now must decide between Tandem and another stock, BIPH, which had recently also dropped and provides a good buying range.

Guess I will just "keep my powder dry" for a short while. Hard to know how to place an order for Tandem. Any suggestions from anyone? Would you for example go in at the previous days close? There appears no way to get a bid and ask with pink sheet stocks. - Waitedg
