I gotta be that guy. I just scrolled back and read over 100 posts and all I located was that this company is reinstated, and is a shell, and a different company my go public under this shell? I dont even need it layed out for me if someone could just point me to the sections of posts that explain in further detail just WTF is going on that would be super. No bashing here...my order is already in for tomorrow morning either way. GLTUA.
