1) Links to the SEC's website where they state the illegality of organizing a scheme to force a short squeeze, and of manipulating the price or volume of a stock, have been posted here dozens of times.

2) Links to litigation releases published by the SEC going after promoters for organizing short squeezes and/or manipulating the price or volume of pink sheet stocks have been posted here many times.

3) Monk was not simply telling an investment group go buy and hold CDIV. Monk was actively trying to orchestrate a scheme to force a short squeeze on public stock message boards. That's what it the "FLD" was all about. Monk was also organizing an effort to manipulate the price and trading volume of CDIV and the other three FLDs. That's what all the orchestrated "slapping of the ask" day after day was all about.
