How "Soldnet" became "Artfest" plus Picasso question

You are correct. Larry D. Ditto is a boardmenber and officer of Artfest International (see his bio on the IHubs page). Artfest was originally a company called "Soldnet" which was (I think) somehow involved in the nursing home industry. On February 28, 2002 Soldnet had "ZERO assets".. "ZERO liabilities" ..and 40,000 shares of stock they valued at $200 total.

On November 19, 2002, Soldnet reorganized as "Artfest" and Ditto received $1 million shares.

They were apparently operating out of a small strip-center storefront in Grand Rapids, MI.

Apparently Artfest didn't prove profitable either. Artfest bombed too and Ditto was essentially the 'last man standing' at Artfest when Eddie Vakser came calling.

At that point, Artfest was a basically a company in name only.. with its' main appeal being that of a penny stock shell. As I understand it, Vakser struck a deal to trade his companies for controlling interest in Artfest. With that he appointed himself CEO, president and principal financial officer.

Q: Is Artfest still maintaining that (a) their 'Picasso' sculpture is legitimate/ authentic, (b) are they actively attempting to sell it and (c) are they still planning to publish reproductions of this piece --and if so, when?

In other words, is Artfest still standing by all of the claims they have published?
