Is this company alive or what? if its dead then file for bankruptcy already ... I know the company is in the SEC Boock case for about a year now and yet this company is in the gray market ... afew months ago the yahoo mglg company profile updated the company phone number and when i called all I got was a lady voice mail identifing "This is Magellan Energy" then a week later the voice mail was gone ...

WTF?
