I suppose after the RS,they could start the dilution really bad.That is something major to think about.It is a typical penny stock,and it will never change.This one,I would not even think of of averaging down.I refuse to put any money into this since it had collapsed so much the last few days.In fact I will sell my shares tomorrow,and feel very good about it.Since it had gone so far down today,I don't average down.Yes,someone posted that after the E is dropped it will head up.I do agree with that.Absolutely yes,it will come up quite a bit normally,but the way this went down today I feel it will lock up my money for months on end,because of the RS.
