Yep a quote one will want to look back on..lol..

Super genius, no kidding there are buys at the end of the trading day, someone dropped their Ask and erased the Last remaining Bid....thus NO BID. This is not good in anyway, as it just takes away what little if any Bid support remains, which leads to an RS. Stinky pinky companies cannot raise money on NO BID since they depend on share sales.
