Question for the board...Does anyone have experience with a transaction like the one we will soon be seeing? I was doing some thinking and wondering what will happen with the current PTEL shareholders. The up-listing will be some exciting times in which I anticipate some big announcements. My shares will be resticted for 6 months but there will be price movement during that time. If I were to buy now would those shares still be free trading after the acquisition of MMX?
