Hey guys, I received an update today from the company. Everything is coming together...

Quick update for you:

Tony & Ben (Chairman & President, respectively) have been having meetings & presentations all last week across Canada for (Calgary, Saskatoon, Winnipeg) and are continuing the process this week in Toronto… They are meeting with our Brokerage group; MGI Securities (the are our Sponsorship Group for our TSX listing and are the lead brokers for our Financing). These meetings were set with them so that all the “loose ends” could be tied up. When they return on Wednesday we will have a very clear path as to the closing of the financing and the announcing of our TSX listing; symbol and commencing of trading.

I am hoping and pressing for a News Release for this week (Thursday. Announcing all that) but I will not have a definitive answer until they (Ben & Tony) return from their trip, which is Wednesday evening.

Things are going very well and we are definitely very close on ALL fronts… But the sooner the better! As we are all very eager & excited to get moving here!
