this is monumental for TADF; Tac-air has real revenues and real government contracts. As a combined entity they can be awarded een larger gov't contracts. In 2008, TADF was awarded a 208 million dollar contract that is still pending, because it jas yet to be tasked, per the last 10-k. This combined entity has the potential to grab million dollar contracts, if they havent done so already. My thinking this whole time, is that there is a large gov't contract awarded and is contingent upon this deal getting done. Thats why it has taken so long to close. Even in pr's last year, tadf and tac-air both said, that they were already jointly pursuing U.S. and international defense contracts. TADF has latin american contracts and seem focus on picking up contracts in that area. Their services dont overlap, so as a combined entity, they will be able to be awarded contracts that they wouldnt be able to apply for as separate companies.
