"Enhancing shareholder value"? Is this a joke? Diluting the shares the way they are is no short of RAPING the stockholders. I have owned in this company back when it was .06 a share and a company that actually had a product. Now it is some sort of "consulting firm" (can't even say with a straight face) and I truly believe Dukes and the rest of them are just pushing this as far as they can. So much for news! Good luck to all of you, but it seems to me your efforts would be better spent elsewhere (as mine will be).
