CONS: MWE didnt like what they uncovered and slowly backed out of the room and severed relationship (and fired lawyer who spent HOURS AND HOURS on message board)

PROS: MWE came in gave their assessment of situation....offered course of action and parted ways...lawyer moved on to bigger and better things
