merovingian,

Your initial guess about bocxman being the author of the "research report" was right or very close to it. He recently created another character on Raging Bull and used it to issue vague threats to himself about what might happen if he didn't stop posting that top secret report from a - LOL! - hedge fund.

This is just his latest of several penny pumper ploys he's pulled since creating his bocxman alias on Raging Bull February 28th (yes, the same day as the date on the report). First he planted the idea that a hedge fund is investing in BOCX back in early March. Then he creates a new alias -- which he already got caught red handed doing in another of his scams a couple of weeks ago -- and used it to threaten himself. No doubt he figured that others would see the threats as proof that the report really did come from a hedge fund and lead others to believe the managers of the fund must think very highly of BOCX if they're so upset about someone leaking their research.

As if a hedge fund or one of its investors is going to follow him to RB and issue the vaguest of threats with no reason given for why he can't post the report and no inkling of what fate might befall him for doing it. As if hedge funds are in the habit of releasing research reports to their investors. LOL! As if the fund would even care if the report were disseminated if they did release it to their investors! If a fund had already taken a position in BOCX, why would it care if someone used a research report it paid for to promote the stock they already own? The boy ain't as clever as he thinks he is.

A month or so ago our would-be con man created another of his multiple aliases (aid1961) on RB to post about how fantastic his bocxman posts were and to communicate other such nonsense and BS. Then the clown tripped over his own dick by signing one of the posts as bocxman and then, in a panic, using his bocxman alias to confirm that he was using both aliases to hold conversations with himself. Oddly enough, a half dozen or so "other" posters immediately rushed to his defense after he proved himself to be a message fraudster.

As I was telling the RB board for a while even before bocxman screwed himself up and proved he was a fraud, I'm pretty sure he's either an insider, a friend/associate of an insider, or he's a paid tout. FWIW, we know a "third party" hired a paid tout service recently for $8K (I think that was the price).

There's a lot more circumstantial evidence that bocxman is violating disclosure regs one way or another -- like the claims he later backed away from about knowing the CEO's work habits and certain private information -- but I won't bore you with the details. I've covered it enough with my posts as DC-Steve on the RB board.

All you need to know is that your initial instincts were right. He may or may not have written the report himself, but he is involved with the author and his release of this "secret" document is just one of the con games within his larger game.
