I received a letter from "Global Aid Network" part of Campus Crusade for Christ.

"The latest word from our trusted partners in Africa is that they are seeing HUGE food shortages in many areas."

"Whole communities are being neglected, starved and left vulnerable to life-threatening disease!"

The letter goes on to ask for donations, I copied some of the letter to remind us how important the work that goes on in the fields actually is. Being able to product food for the workers and all involved with SGCP may be overlooked by us who can run to the store and buy pretty much anything we want.

I'm in SGCP to make money, but it sure is nice to feel good about what the company is doing for the local community.
