Lol. To each his own. I've stated earlier I would invest more but not until I see a land deal. Anyone could look at the chart and see it's rolling over. I do think we have a chance of seeing low 2's. The Longer we see no update the lower the pps for mmte will bleed. That's what happens. Does not matter what anyone says good or bad. Only WL knows the timeline and if the land deals are for real. Time will tell as it always does. I still think odds are at 60/40 we see a land deal.
