IMO the announcement will be negative. After all, if that little "dispute" could be settled to the company's favor, it would have been done already. No, sorry, but it is more likely to be very bad news. I will however be close at hand waiting to chase if I have to, but I will not risk anything until this ceo gets it done, and I don't have any faith that he will.
