That is an understanable response, but from what I understand bringing a company public via an IPO is extremely time consuming and expensive. Maybe rolling into an empty shell that that are familiar with already would be much more cost & time effective then bringing themselves or another company public through an IPO process. Maybe giving 38%, by your calculations, to "bagholders" would be worth the time and cost of skipping the IPO route. JMO
