Please explain further! I am not new to this. FINRA is now checking the actions over the past couple of days. We all have rules to play by. I play by mine they should play by theirs. Thought OTC is a small part of my investing, I will do what I can to make sure that I do not get screwed. With a .06 special dividend out there, there is no way all market makers think this is a scam.

Any insight you have is appreciated though.
