I don't understand anything about the talk of Attorney / Client Privilege as it pertains to IMGG amd MWE. Is IMGG on trial for something that I am not aware of? Is there some big case in progress in which they need some hot shot attorneys to defend them? Since when is it taboo to only confirm or deny representation? Not discuss details of a case, or leak information, but to simply deny or confirm? When we were first told MWE was involved, it was my impression that was supposed to be cause for excitement, since they were so qualified to assist with this next round.
IMHO, I don't think MWE is around anymore, and I am guessing they have had little to do with it from the start, since I am a believer that Dean cannot produce the images, and when MWE realized what Dean was attempting to pull off, they said thanks but no thanks.
The FDA has made it clear what they want, and I was lead to believe MWE would be the ones to properly present it to the FDA for approval. Now after all these months, the infamous 3 phase plan is devised? And we have a bunch of believers out there that think MWE advised this or is behind it 100%??? More logical to me is, Dean cannot give the FDA what they require, and Dean is attempting to manipulate the system, but not with the help of MWE. They are probably some of the best in the business at presenting products that actually exist, but even they cannot get the FDA to approve a fantasy, and my money says they told Dean that way early in the game.
Nobody has been able to officially get the answer right now for MWE's involvement, but it will happen, and then I look forward to hear all the positive spin from those that said MWE was the key, and they would bring this home. MWE has been on the sidelines with me all these months, IMO OF COURSE!!
