The only way to really tell is to see who was sold what and when. It is actually amazing that the news of a .06 dividend comes out and the 'pumpers and dumpers' would cap it at .01. The offical ask NEVER got above that. It makes no sense for them to not let it fly upward and dump all the way up. It only makes sense that the market makers are the ones that are putting the cap on the upside.

I am going to ask again...who is to be contacted to look into their actions? I want to know which ones sold what and when.
