Jmurfk How do you determine a fluff pr to a real pr? Fluff pr's in my book are announcements of "letters of intent" that never come to fruition or pr's using the word "possible" where whatever it is never happens. I think in apcx's case, even though some of their press releases are what I would consider incomplete I dont think they could be called fluff.

They said they were acquiring Oronoco and they did. They said they were looking to invest in Super-Star Learning and they did. They said they were going to increase revenues and they did.
