Future - Owens said mid week and the 27th certainly works. Lots of questions should be answered on that day.

Also, those who are looking at NHSH as the shell to be utilized, I would be surprised if Jeff/Owens maxed out the 750M A/S with our share swap. I'm sure they would want to leave a little room for employee incentives, etc., at the top so they won't have to increase the A/S in the foreseeable future. IMHO of course...
