GOIG launched in 2010 with "Text to Connect",& March 1st. 2011, Twitter launch,"Remember names, not numbers". If any lawsuit was going to be thrown at GOIG, should have been when GOIG filed for their patent, why now? Sounds like a personal Vendetta. How could Intregen know what GOIG knew, sounds like presumption, which is hard to prove in court.
I don't think 5% even will be awarded, if anything, Intregen owes GOIG a apology, IMO.
For GOIG to state they are the "only ones on the planet" using this tech., GOIG must be certain this is correct, or they would not be counter suing at this point.
