A share buy back? Is that what the IDCN telethon is all about? Call a broker near you and get those awesome cheapies for .0000000001. Heard they are even selling popcorn and orange soda as a way to raise capital for IDCN. The ceo of IDCN totally ripped his investors off here and hid it from his investors. Now with the unlimited authorized shares over at the other one he is involved in it won't be long before those share holders feel dejavu.
