This is all gross speculation that falls under the categories of 'wishing and hoping' with nothing real to back it up. The business plan is sketchy at best considering what has been (non) accomplished in the past. "Continue to grow and sell product" has no merit because they have to actually sell something in order to raise revenues to have cash flow to grow.
