curious-why would anyone buy this`stock?...i just read annual report, and company lists certain possibility that it may not remain a viable concern..no cash, no products to sell, and plan to raise capital with stock fund sales..but company admits that price sooo low that another big problem there..i reviewed board for dissenters..appears all "Yes" men here..
