Nope that's it. Here's what it means:

The annual report (2010 Year-end financials) that was due on April 1 was given to the TN government on Friday (so they are completed).

The reason the address info is updated is because they only list info that changes the entity details such as address, a/s, name, etc.

So basically RELM has completed and handed the report to the gov but not yet given it to pinksheets or PR'ed about it. We also do not yet know if it is audited or unaudited.
