LOL, don't bunch up........LOI just means within that time frame, can happen any time before that went they PR the results of such. When RP and Bullock get back from Russia the fireworks start to happen.......JMMMMMO! Remember ACLY has to put out their financials along with settling with PGPM for the backing to go through! There is no pump and dump........ACLY has no share to dump and every one that holds them will profit...big time when this is completed! That includes PGPM with their 12mil plus shares!
