olan, the 1 mil in finaning was for additional aircraft. Last year TADF received over 5 mil in financing specifically for the merger. We have to wait until after merger for all details on share structure and see how they will reduce OS, what we know now is that tac-air shareholders will receive 45% of the shares of the combined company. The main link we have that the merger will go down is TADF's acquisition of Sudamin, their relationship with the emb 314 super tucano aircraft, and tac-air recent addition of said aircraft to their portfolio (i went into more detail on my post a few weeks ago). TADF and Tac-air have both said that they want to increase their presence in latin america and other foreign countries. TADF has several latin american contacts and have some latin american defense specialists on their board. The emb 314 super tucano is a latin american aircraft. the us govt has been testing this plane for the last few years to use in middle east combat. They want to capitalize on this. I feel that this merger will go down, and this aircraft is the key, with a govt contract contingent upon execution of merger. In a pr last year, TAC-AIR & TADF,both said that they were applying for contracts in the us and abroad as a combined entity. All evidence points to this being a done deal. GLTA
