SGCP is hemorrhaging shareholder money and diluting shareholder stock value by selling more company shares because sgcp is not profitable. Show me a statement from SGCP that says that they are profitable. Even with Share sales, they are still only treading water and the company is only surviving by dilution.

Profit: when revenue generated exceeds the negatives in acquiring revenue. Funny, when selling shares and diluting shareholder value, that is a revenue plus and shows as revenue.
