I hate R/S when they happen because of dilution,,but this one is strange ! Many people here thought it was dilution...it turned to to be the case , very strange indeed , R/S with low OS so they can dilute ? . Something is not adding up Usually OTC dilute then R/S I will not rush into conclusion yet ..I will wait and see , I have to read the filling over and over again
