MarketFest, Going forward, the banking cartel wants cut/gut austerity for the American people, while maintaining the unregulated/untaxed Wall St bankster casino (the real source of our debt and economic problems). If they use a Tea Partier like Gary Johnson to get the cut/gut policies implemented, they risk an organized backlash from the Left. Better to continue using their Democrat puppet (Obama) who can operate with 'Left cover' and keep those opposed to cut/gut at bay. Of course Obama may run out of usefulness to the bankers if his popularity craters too much and he can no longer dupe his followers on the Left.
They did the same thing with Clinton, successfully using him to get NAFTA passed. If a Republican had promoted NAFTA, the Left would have gone ballistic and stopped it. It took a phony Wall St Democrat (Clinton) to get it thru. Similarly, the banking cartel tried to use Clinton to cut/gut Social Security back in the 1990s (Bowles/Simpson again), but it was derailed when Clinton's sex scandals made it impossible for him to push through such an unpopular agenda. With impeachment hearings underway, Clinton was forced to back off in order to maintain his withering Democratic support.
So if it's Obama again after 2012, they'll continue with the Left cover route. If not, they'll use a Tea Partier to get cut/gut implemented. But any Tea Party rhetoric about 'anti-Fed/anti-Wall St' will be quickly forgotten after the election is over, and nothing will come of the proposals, the same way Obama ran as anti-war and now we're in 4 wars instead of 2. With only two political parties, it's easy for bankers to control. If you want real change you'll have to look beyond the Reps and Dems.
Originally, Tea Party was a true opposition movement, but it was quickly absorbed back into the Wall St controlled Republican Party. Likewise Wall St also controls the Dems, and quickly moves to neuter any bonafide opposition springing up there. The phony opposition on the Left is usually organized by the various bankster controlled Foundations (Ford Foundation, Rockefeller Foundation, etc) plus the various Soros Foundations (Natl Endowment for Democracy). Obama came out of the Gamaliel Foundation (a satellite of the Ford Foundation) as a community organizer, and sat on the board of the Woods Fund, another Ford Foundation satellite. Obama's mother also worked for the Ford Foundation. These Foundations were set up/run by the banking cartel as their controlled 'phony Left'. They have the same thing on the Right with the Heritage Foundation, Cato Institute, Rand Corp, etc.
