1. Maybe they released the PR today when the market was closed so people would have time to digest the PR.
2. Why would they hire a high profile lawyer just to dismiss the case voluntarily? I'm sure some will say they dismissed the case on the Judges advice of not having enough evidence. I wouldn't believe that, a high profile lawyer wouldn't even take the case if there was not enough evidence. Something is definitely missing here?
3. Either a deal was done behind closed doors or ADSV felt like they accomplished their main goal for now of keeping the doors open for business as usual and no eviction like Eric states.
4. I believe there is more to come!
5. I do expect a sell of Monday based on this news, but I'm holding anyways.
