again i'm a cash acct with fidelity and have
no issues with my exph shares

and i'm doing exactly what i posted that
i'd do .. which is doubling my exph shares
if the pps was taken to the cellar .. it was
and i am

they are at the ask since i don't get filled
on bid .. unless a frenzy is underway

and as i keep posting it's been 11+ weeks since
mgmt raised the AS .. that is the longest time
that has come to pass since may - oct 2010

which tells me cash flow has stabilized
i take aspects with expo on a week by week basis

as for exph shares
i know that some *odd* stuff has happened on
exph starting with the 6M shares taken out of
an acct 2 days b4 the SM last sept .. GTCs' being
canceled .. and other stories i've heard from longs

i personally believe the real key lies with vol done
in may - sept 2009 and tda's *shutdown* of buys <but
CONveniently allowing sells to this day> on 12/4/2009

simple logic says something was *odd* in 2009 or if
that was the norm .. then something is *odd* in 2011

either way imo the answer will be given with mgmt's
full transparency

i have zero doubts about mgmt's integrity or the transparency
that will be forthcoming .. i just have no idea of the time line

i also truly hope a solution is found re: your exph shares
