I don't mean to be cold about the suffering that's going on in Iraq, but don't you suppose the few doctors, nurses, and emergency care people they have are fast becoming the world's leading experts on response and treatment in disaster situations?

If things ever do calm down in Baghdad, they could open a College of Medicine for Emergency Care After An Explosion.
