Their are many penny stocks that have and are right now making supernatural gains on potential alone. This is not unsual.

Lets think about some stocks. Was google a scam when it hit the market. Was intel a scam when it hit the market.

Warren Buffet stayed away from google because he even admitted that he could not understand their potential and where they were going to get their money. Warren wasn't wrong. He just did not have the specialized knowledge needed to see the vision.

Its very simple. Some people have vision in a certain areas based on specialized education and faith in what they know. So they put their money where their mouth and belief is. If you want to blame these investors for their savvy, thats too bad. The Market won't because that is the nature of the market.
