Good information Ed. Thanks for sharing. You are spot on with regard to op vs. non-op. Concho, MarBob, Mewbourne, Cimmarex have been great operators for Pure for a number of years.
There is substantial interest in XBOR's story right now. I doubt there will be any problem finding capital but at what price is the unknown. At one time Pure held one of if not the largest non-op acreage position in the Permian. The nature of the leases (non maintenence) is unheard of these days. Great assets...just need capital. It's out there.
