First off, happy earth day to all.

We are doing the best we can with the resources we have at this time. Considering Easter and Passover holidays, we are also working through a period which taxes our available "man-hours" even further.

I understand that some people are frustrated that the merger is not completed, yet we have not stopped working on it, nor will we until it is done. That is the most that I can say. I will take this opportunity to let all ihubbers know that I will not reply to any more posts nor PMs until we have filed, no matter how outrageous they are. Some have posted things purposely to induce my answers, yet its time for me to focus exclusively on the business of building a great marketing program across all sunlogics business channels, and getting the R/M completed. Those are my current priorities, and what I will take my time to do. I will return to the board as promised, for a single business day after any filing, so long as its my mandate to do so.

Many have commented that it is odd to have a "director in waiting" on this board, and from my recent research of other boards, I must agree. However, a significant amount of our current shareholders read this board, and with much mis-information being propagated about individuals and companies, I jumped in to help moderate the tone. The points of fact brought up about certain individuals or histories were never refuted, because sufficient proof was supplied to make those cases. Nevertheless, there has been information which was purely speculative and incorrect, and that is what I hope was reduced as a result of my presence. Whether or not it was the right decision to join the board, time will tell.

Have a super holiday break,

Sass
PS. I want to thank all of you who have sent me private messages or left comments on the sunlogics twitter and facebook pages. Improving a company's marketing presence is not something accomplished overnight nor ever alone, and certainly not without the "pains of change". Your comments have been a great inspiration, for which I am grateful.
