kennypooh, wahat about ths scenario. I think Pivotal cleaned out this shell, and bought its assets with the intent of moving themselves or some other private compnay into it when BK is over. The shell will be clean with a reasonable share structure. They will even have some of the employees of the old company. Would seem like a seamless transition if they wanted to take something public wouldnt it? Of course th shares would remail with the BK estate, and then something could merge into the estate, therefore using those shares. If im wrong I have an empty shell that is pretty much worthless, if im right the I make a ton.
