Emilo Azcarraga from Televisa, partnered with Univision and Televisa new ( not so new ) TEVOLUCION ( some kind of web based TIVO for televisa tv shows ) mixed with QPSA could became a Monster Media Company

Ricardo Salinas ( well related to QPSA in the past ) owns TV and also Cell Phone Company and could have a natural interest in expand into Social Media.

Alonso Ancira and QPSA was linked in the past with Slim ( remember the interview ) and even Ancira could decide not to sales QPSA, QPSA could try some kind of parnetship or joint venture with any of this 3 Guys.

And better for QPSA is this 3 guys is having a fierce battle in Mexico cause Slim invade TV Market bringing DISH to Mexico and Azcarraga and Salinas react investing in Telephony. QPSA Could take advantage if at least two of this rivals show interest to jump into QPSA boats. The price of Merge could go to higher
